The New York Association for Healthcare Quality will be the leader and expert in healthcare quality in New York State. Our membership influences policy and practice at the state and national level, sharing innovative ideas and building on our diversity, to shape and define the future of healthcare quality.

Guiding Principles:

• To assist its members employed in healthcare quality positions by providing timely and relevant educational programs and opportunities for the exchange of ideas, comparison of methods and for the discussion and resolution of mutual problems.
• To gain a deeper insight into the various roles quality management professionals have assumed and to support and explore ways in which they might function more effectively.
• To promote more consistent quality management procedures and practices throughout the State of New York.
• To advance the communication of knowledge and ethics relative to quality management professionals, institutions, agencies and other healthcare professionals.
